Like you, Lyon Living has been focused on rapidly responding to the changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19. We believe clear communication during these uncertain times is important, and that the health and safety of our extended Lyon Living family is our number one priority. Here are a few steps we have taken to help combat the impact of this virus:
OUR WORKPLACE EFFORTS:
- All employees have been told not to come to work if they are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms
- All guests are asked to conduct a self-assessment for cold/flu symptoms before entering the workplace
- All employees who are high-risk have been directed to stay home
- Employees in essential on site job functions are practicing social distancing and office team members are on rotating work schedules to reduce face to face interactions
- Break rooms, bathrooms, and other common areas are being disinfected frequently
- Masks, gloves and extended cubicle partitions are available upon employee request
- Special sick leave policies have been implemented for our employees
- Company-sponsored antibody testing is available to all employees
OUR PROPERTY EFFORTS:
- Leasing Centers are open to potential residents, but by appointment only
- We proudly conduct in-person tours, and virtual tours are readily available as well
- Most indoor amenities are closed
- Some outdoor amenities remain open, but proper social distancing is required
- We have offered special assistance to residents needing extra help (i.e. taking out the trash, retrieving mail, etc.) and have asked residents if they would like to volunteer to help others
- We have increased cleaning and disinfecting efforts throughout our properties
- Rent deferral programs have been implemented to assist those impacted by the virus
