Is Pebble Creek pet-friendly?

Yes, Pebble Creek welcomes cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per household. Breed and weight restrictions apply, and residents provide pet photos for the resident file. Confirm your pet qualifies with the leasing team before applying.

What are the pet fees at Pebble Creek?

Pebble Creek charges a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet, due at lease signing, plus monthly pet rent of $75 for dogs and $50 for cats. There's no separate one-time pet fee beyond the deposit. Budgeting for both upfront keeps your move-in costs accurate.

What parking options are available at Pebble Creek?

Each apartment at Pebble Creek includes assigned carport parking, and all vehicles on the property must display a valid permit at all times, including in your own carport. Residents may park up to two vehicles, and motorcycles that don't occupy a full space are exempt from the permit rule. A $100 fee applies to replace a lost parking pass.

Are utilities included in rent at Pebble Creek?

Utilities are not included at Pebble Creek. Residents cover gas, electric, water, trash, sewer, cable, and internet, with gas and electricity set up directly through PG&E. Factoring these in alongside parking and pet costs gives you a clear monthly total.
