Shadowcreek charges a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet, due at lease signing, plus monthly pet rent of $75 for dogs and $50 for cats. There's no separate one-time pet fee beyond the deposit. Budgeting for both upfront keeps your move-in costs accurate.

Each apartment at Shadowcreek includes one reserved covered parking space at no extra charge, with additional spaces available for $50/month, one of the more affordable add-on parking rates in the area. Are utilities included in rent at Shadowcreek?
Utilities are not included at Shadowcreek. Residents cover gas, electric, water, trash, sewer, cable, and internet, with itemized utility bills sent by email through Conservice. Factoring these in alongside parking and pet costs gives you a clear monthly total.
What does it cost to move in at Shadowcreek?
Plan for a $65 application fee per adult plus a security deposit of $500 for a one-bedroom or $600 for a two-bedroom (on approved credit). The application fee is non-refundable and due at submission. Budgeting for the deposit and first month's costs helps ensure a smooth move-in process. We offer 12-15 month lease terms. Short team leases are subject to availability and rate increase may apply.
What are the income requirements to rent at Shadowcreek?
Household income generally needs to be at least 2.7 times the monthly rent at Shadowcreek. If you earn at least 2 times the rent, you may qualify through The Guarantors deposit-alternative program.
