Split your rent payments in two! Flexible Rent uses your funds plus an unsecured line of credit to pay your full rent to your property on time. You pay back what you borrowed later in the month. What amenities does Pacific Pointe offer?

Pacific Pointe features a heated swimming pool and spa, a fitness center, a playground, and BBQ picnic areas, all with no amenity fee. The pool is open daily 8 AM-11 PM and the gym 5 AM-11 PM, seven days a week. Set on a hilltop with ocean views, it's a scenic, family-friendly community.

Is Pacific Pointe pet-friendly?

Yes, Pacific Pointe welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. Breed and weight restrictions apply, so confirm your pet qualifies with the leasing team before applying. The hilltop setting and nearby trails make it easy for dog owners.

What are the pet fees at Pacific Pointe?

Pacific Pointe charges a $500 pet deposit per pet plus $50 per month in pet rent per pet. There's no separate one-time pet fee beyond the deposit. Budgeting for both the deposit and monthly rent upfront keeps your move-in costs accurate.

What parking options are available at Pacific Pointe?

Parking is generous at Pacific Pointe: studios include one complimentary space, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes include two complimentary spaces. Additional spaces are available for $75/month based on availability, and EV charging spaces run $200/month. All vehicles must have valid registration and be in running condition.

Are utilities included in rent at Pacific Pointe?

At Pacific Pointe, trash is included in rent, while electricity (SDG&E), gas (SoCal Gas), and water are billed separately. Knowing trash is covered helps when comparing your true monthly cost against other San Clemente communities. Factor the remaining utilities in alongside parking for a full picture.

What does it cost to move in at Pacific Pointe?

Plan for a $65.00 application fee per adult plus a security deposit: $500 for a studio, $600 for a one-bedroom, $700 for a two-bedroom, and $800 for a three-bedroom (on approved credit). The application fee is non-refundable and due at submission. Two free parking spaces for most homes help offset ongoing costs.

What are the income requirements to rent at Pacific Pointe?

Household income generally needs to be at least 2.7 times the monthly rent at Pacific Pointe, slightly more accessible than many area communities. If you earn at least 2 times the rent, you may qualify through The Guarantors deposit-alternative program. Pacific Pointe accepts Section 8 housing vouchers but does not accept traditional guarantors at this time.
