Split your rent payments in two! Flexible Rent uses your funds plus an unsecured line of credit to pay your full rent to your property on time. You pay back what you borrowed later in the month. This helps to build your payment history—an important part of your credit profile—by reporting your on-time rent payments.

What amenities does The Parker Residences offer?

The Parker Residences features a resort-style pool and spa, an outdoor fireplace and lounge, a BBQ area, a fitness center with a Peloton bike, EV charging stations, and Luxer One package lockers. There's no monthly amenity fee, just a one-time $25 setup charge for package-locker access. The townhome layout gives it a relaxed, neighborhood feel.

Is The Parker Residences pet-friendly?

Yes, The Parker Residences welcomes up to two pets per townhome. Breed restrictions apply, so confirm your pet qualifies with the leasing team before applying. The private-entry townhome setup is especially convenient for dog owners.

What are the pet fees at The Parker Residences?

The Parker Residences charges a refundable $500 pet deposit plus $50 per month in pet rent per pet. There's no separate one-time pet fee beyond the deposit. Budgeting for both upfront keeps your move-in costs accurate.

What parking options are available at The Parker Residences?

Every townhome at The Parker Residences includes an attached two-car garage, a major convenience that's rare for apartment-style living. Reserved parking spaces are also available for $125/month if you need more. On-site EV charging stations are available for residents as well.

Are utilities included in rent at The Parker Residences?

Utilities are not included at The Parker Residences. Residents cover gas, electric, water, trash, sewer, cable, and internet. Residents are also required to carry at least $75,000 in property liability insurance, so factor that into your planning.

What does it cost to move in at The Parker Residences?

Plan for a $62.02 application fee per adult plus a security deposit of $600 for a two-bedroom or $700 for a three-bedroom (on approved credit). There's also a one-time $25 package-locker setup fee at move-in. The application fee is non-refundable and due at submission.

What are the income requirements to rent at The Parker Residences?

Household income generally needs to be at least 2.7 times the monthly rent at The Parker Residences. If you earn at least 2 times the rent, you may qualify through The Guarantors deposit-alternative program. The Parker accepts Section 8 housing vouchers but does not accept traditional guarantors at this time.

The Parker Residences offers 12-month lease terms. The leasing team can confirm current availability and help line up your move-in date. Reach out early, since townhome inventory is limited and tends to lease quickly.
