CONSTRUCTION

For over 20 years, Lyon Living has served as its own General Contractor for new construction and is currently building more than 2,000 units in California. This in-house approach has enabled our team to execute thoughtful, smart designs that are aligned with Lyon’s vision of building exceptional living environments. We pride ourselves on building responsibly by providing the highest level of onsite training and safety protocols, as well as minimizing environmental impacts through eco-friendly standards.

We specialize in constructing mid/high rise, wrap, mixed use, and podium apartment communities, and manage the entire lifecycle of many of our new projects through the following stages:
