Jim Harrison
SVP, Service Team

James D. Harrison is the Senior Vice President of Service Team Operations overseeing the multi-family portfolio for Lyon Living.
He is responsible for service team operations including oversight of service providers and contractors for the organization as well as sustaining the highest quality standards for all communities.


During his tenure with Lyon Living he has been responsible for the interior and exterior renovation of more than 20,000 apartment homes across the portfolio.


Prior to joining Lyon Living in 1989, he was responsible for the maintenance and tenant improvements of commercial and industrial properties throughout Southern California.


His background includes educational and vocational training at California State University Fullerton and the Los Angeles Trade Technical College. Accreditations include a General Building Contractor License, Certification in Home Improvement, Electrical Construction/Maintenance and HVAC Certification.
