Riley Paone serves as VP of Development and is responsible for managing complex investment and development opportunities. He manages all aspects of the development process, including acquisition, entitlements, design, and construction for Lyon’s hospitality and mixed-use projects. In his 10 years with Lyon Living, he has managed the entitlement and/or development execution of nearly $1B of Lyon projects.

Riley received a B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
