Andrew Nguyen serves at Chief Investment Officer & Executive Vice President at Lyon Living. In his most recent role, Andrew was Senior Vice President of Investment Management at Colony Capital, Inc. and was responsible for the identification, evaluation, and consummation of new investments. He has over 15 years of experience in the investments industry and has transacted on over $2.0 billion of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Colony in 2011, Andrew began his career at PIMCO, moved on to hold positions at the Walt Disney Company on the global corporate development team, and then to Financial Technology Partners on the sell-side M&A team.

Andrew received a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley and an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
