Mike Barmettler is Executive Vice President of Lyon Living. He is responsible for all of the regulatory and risk management affairs of Lyon Living and its respective real estate assets. Mike’s responsibilities include structuring Lyon Living’s real estate transactions, managing all litigation, and serving as a primary liaison to Lyon Living’s institutional partners, stockholders, and lenders.

Before he joined Lyon Living, Mike served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of NWP Services Corporation, a leader in multifamily utility and rent billing, electronic payment services and sub-metering systems. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and General Counsel of Aqueduct, Inc., the leading provider of outsourced sell-side e-commerce services to brand name product manufacturers.

Mike has practiced law at two highly respected and prestigious firms, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison. He began his legal career as a judicial clerk to the Honorable C. Thomas White, Chief Justice of the Nebraska Supreme Court.

Mike earned his Juris Doctorate degree, magna cum laude, from the University Of San Diego School Of Law.
