Ashley Malone is Vice President of Development at Lyon Living. She has over a decade of experience with the company in construction and development.  During her career, Ashley has managed the budget, entitlement, design and new construction of over 2,000 multifamily residential units with a value exceeding $900M. Ashley works closely with the consultants and general contractor to ensure compliance with budget, design specifications, and schedules, and her consistent attention to detail resulted in successful lease ups in California, Las Vegas and Reno. 

After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Real Estate from California State University, Long Beach, Ashley began her career as an Accountant at Makar Properties.
