Robert Colorado joined Lyon Living in 2019 and serves as Vice President of Service Team Operations, providing strategic and operational leadership across the Lyon portfolio.

He is responsible for service operations, capital improvements, renovations, vendor and contractor performance, and portfolio-wide operational standards. Throughout his career, Robert has overseen the renovation and improvement of more than 20,000 apartment homes and has extensive experience in capital planning, building systems, acquisitions and dispositions, asset preservation, and operational performance.

Prior to joining Lyon Living, Robert worked at MAA, where he held regional and multi-site leadership roles overseeing service operations across a large multifamily portfolio and served as a corporate trainer.

Robert holds a Mechanical/HVAC Contractor License and is a Certified Pool Operator Instructor and Proctor and ESCO Institute EPA Certification Proctor. He is fluent in English and Spanish and brings more than two decades of multifamily operations, technical, and leadership experience to his role.
